The “tried and tested” or “old school” approaches to building a network marketing business, typically revolve around introducing product and opportunity as one. “Health and Wealth” or “Get them hooked and show them the Compensation Plan”.

Do those methods work? Well the statistical evidence is that 95% to 98% of those embarking on an network marketing opportunity do not achieve the income they expected. For me at least that means the “old school” methods do not work.

On a purely selfish level, those kind of statistics mean that if you are seriously trying to build a business with these methods, you are spending countless hours introducing your opportunity and explaining things to the wrong people. A wholly inefficient use of your time.

How about an approach then that lets you enjoy customers for what they are, let’s you stack the odds massively in your favour for finding business builders and creates a whole heap of efficiency, which makes network marketing what it should be - fun.

The approach that does that is described in this blog and is the Three-Legged Stool approach to network marketing.

LEG 1 Retailing to Customers This Leg looks at simply creating income by just retailing your product or service to customers.

LEG 2 Finding Retailers This leg looks at finding people who can retail your product or service to their customers. This group are also non-business builders.

LEG 3 Finding Your Business Builders This is the “Holy Grail” of network marketing. See how straightforward and efficient it can be to find business builders when you aren’t trying to shoe horn those in Legs 1 and 2.

In addition, I will try to add tips and tricks I have found as well as information on great training. I’ll also add some fun stuff too.

I hope you enjoy the information here and I truly welcome all feedback.

Cheers,

Andy

    Hi Andy,

I love your 3 legged stool approach to network marketing.

It includes all the marketing ways and you put it under one system, Sponsor Daddy.

    Brilliant.

    Thank you so much Rebecca,

I have to say it feels amazingly good to just let customers be customers and focus specifically on the business builders. It really has leveraged my time massively and I’m very grateful to the SponsorDaddy system for enabling that for me.

    Cheers,

    Andy

That three-legged stool analogy works so well. It took me a while to get my head around it (slow learner) but finally the light dawned (metaphor mixer, too!)

Thank you, too, for your willingness to share your time with us, Andy. You probably don’t know how much we all appreciate you!
